Either Gobbledigook or Inní Mér Syngur Vitleysingur by Sigur Rós. The Gobbledigook official video has nudity in it (le gasp!) so I won't post it here, but it always gets me jumping and doing the drumbeats.  ;D I love that band, it takes such talent to write properly joyful music!
Inní Mér Syngur Vitleysingur:

Oh, and this one is called 'Five Years Time' by Noah And The Whale, love it, it's a wonderful summery tune:

And THIS one is so cheesy, the lyrics make NO sense, so I cannot help myself but smile whenever I hear it:

Oh, and even though the lyrics are sad, I love this one too, it makes me feel happily peaceful. It's 'Happy Ending' by Mika (yes, yes, I know, I like Mika, I think he's awesome. You can stop laughing now).  :P

I know it's girly, but it makes me feel springy, which makes me happy :)

A while back I was hiking a trail that had a very... 'challenging' section to it. Nothing that required ropes or technical climbing skills, but it was bouldering over the side of sheer, exposed cliff. Hand and foot climbing was essential, and it would be my first time doing something where any mistake would be, well, disastrous. In preparation, I created this playlist for motivation. I figured if I got to the spot and my feet refused to proceed, I would sit and meditate on these songs and they would (hopefully) propel me forward. I choose one song for each 'mood' I might need.

Elton John - Bennie and the Jets
Elton always comes to my rescue when I'm feeling down, or blue, or just generally need to put a smile on my face. I choose this song b/c it's Bennie! What more can I say?

Radiohead - Pyramid Song
Many people see Radiohead as kind of depressing, and I can totally see why. But for me, I find the music to be uplifting in a odd sort of spiritual way. I choose this song b/c of it's contemplative ambiance and particularly for the line, "There was nothing to fear and nothing to doubt".

Foofighters - Everlong
I choose this song for a feel good motivator. It's poppy, uplifting and a great 'good mood' motivator. Kind of gets your heart pumping in a feel good kind of way.

NIN - March of the Pigs
I choose this song as a f@&k it all last resort. It's a great 'bad mood' motivator, in the 'get busy living or get busy dieing' type way.

Kayne - Gold Digger
and finally, this one made it to the list as a sort of stop gap for my sanity. lol!

Wow, reading this now that I've typed it out, I guess you can really learn a lot from a person by their motivational playlist! :P

Beautiful - Christina Aguilera: Even though it is a slow song by a pop artist I don't care too much for, the lyrics are very uplifting to me and when I am down this song genuinely makes me feel better about myself.

Hard to Explain- The Strokes: This song just puts a smile on my face, it is really hard to explain pardon the pun, but it just does it for me.

These Words & Unwritten - Natasha Beddingfield: These songs are like sunshine to me, even though they are both pop singles and not what I normally listen to.

Love Breeds Suicide & Hellraiser - Suicide Commando: These pulse pounding tracks are both sort of depressing lyrically but, they make me motivated. Before playing paintball I used to blast these tracks.

Love Shack- The B52s: This one is a guilty pleasure.....

It also makes me fulfilled whenever I noticed songs with uplifting lyrics and I intend all music that I had heard significant to each word. There song that are really sad to interpret, but others do makes every people to be happy and inspired. It is because of strong word that the song writer puts on his songs through the action of expression.

Whenever I have a bad day, I play these:

"It's my Life"-- Bon Jovi
"My Way" --Frank Sinatra
"Phantom of the Opera"--Andrew Lloyd Webber
"I Put a Spell on You" (Bette Midler version)
"Drift Away"--Dobie Gray
"One-Winged Angel (FF7)"--Nobuo Uematsu
"Witchy Woman"--The Eagles

I love to sing along with all of these songs, and I think it's that as much as the songs themselves that cheers me up. :)

That song, Wheel, by Miranda Sex Garden, tends to cheer me up. I find it very uplifting and 'wild'.

Anything (Viva!) by Foetus (or Scraping Foetus Off The Wheel, as he was known then) is also a very uplifting song, it's more of a "get the *bleep* up, you bastard, and start living" kind of song, but still very good.

Bela Lugosi's Dead, by Bauhaus. Mostly because the song makes me shiver with pleasure. I have yet to hear another song that gives me such a powerful physical reaction.

I only linked once to minimize strain on the forum.

I'm sorry if this post makes little sense or the English is hard to follow, I have a cold and my brain is not at its best.

For me it's a lot of Wednesday 13 songs like Happily Ever Cadaver, Look What the Bats Drug In, Til Death Do We Party, Haddenfield, just to name a few. Then of course a few of Ashton Nytes songs makes me happy such as Vampyre Girl, The Dark Romantics, New Messiah of the Week, The Sounds of Silence, Complexion, The Neon Sky. Rob Zombie has a few as well such as Feel so Numb, More Human than Human, Dragula, Demon old Phenomenon, Return of the Phantom Stranger, and Spookhouse Baby.

Andrew W.K.'s Ready to Die puts me in a great mood and makes me want to dance. It's one of those optimistic, we-will-be-victorious songs, and the catchy videogame-esque theme is just so fun. =D
