I've heard of hip implants.  I haven't found a doctor that does them.  I've also heard of dangerous silicone injections.  I've seen girls on here with wider hips.  Where did you get them and how?   

Milkshakes, potato chips, beer and no exercise.  Works for most of America last time I went to WallMart.

HRT worked wonders for me 12in difference in my hips atleast.

Depends on if you want big hips or fat hips.  There is a difference between the two just like there's a difference between big boobs and fat boobs or a big a** and a fat a**.

What you said will help get big hips, but it'll also be extremely unhealthy and can cause hips to be rather...unsavory...

Had a look there myself. Don't know if I would trust a site that listed 'butt' implants.

I've heard of "butt" implants, though, on various shows.  Primarily for people with pain, I think.

But seriously, getting implants on your buttocks can be problematic. That area takes a lot of impact. These implants have been known to burst.

Is it possible to get cologen or perhaps fatty tissue transplanted from another part of the body?

I still vote for the ice cream, beer, chips, pizza, other junk food diet.
