90% of prison inmates are men, 95% of death row inmates are men and the vast majority of violent crimes are committed by men. Violent crime committed by MTF transexxuals is virtually nonexistent so statistically we are very much like GG women in the crime dept. Personally I have never had a violent thought and I always avoid or run from conflict. The vast majority of us chose flight over flight. Does this make any sense?

Doesn't mean anything taking into account that there in fact plenty of transgender people incarcerated, and even if there weren't, you'd have to take into account us being a tiny fraction of the population, then take into account that most men are not violent criminals.

The fact that I've heard of transgender violent offenders at all is in fact a bad sign, given how few you would expect there to be.

lol.... it's an interesting angle sure ..but I doubt I'd feel comfortable telling people something like "of course I'm female, I'm not in prison and I'm not a violent person". Which kinda insinuates too much, even if it's pretty obvious that men has a whole are more violent there are still women prisons out there.
I'd say I still prefer the studies that relate to the size of certain areas of the brain and the amount of neurons in certain areas that are similar in transwomen to cisgendered women.  I just posted info about this to my parents but it was a bit too indepth for them... maybe I should try the prison idea lol :S

But I can't help but feel you may be trying to find an affirmation in those particular numbers, which I don't think is really necessary.
And sadly, crime committed against trans people is not so non-existent.

Well, actual evolutionary human nature is freeze, fight, and then flight. Freeze to hope you don't get noticed by those wild predators . Fight for your life if that fail. And if all else fail, flight to fight another day.

There are a lot of variables in that data, not the least of which is that by historical trends the violence levels of women are rising, not falling. 

Sounds a bit like saying 99% of prison inmates eat bread, as do 95% of terrorists, and 80% of drug users. So bread should be banned forthwith!

And women are much less likely to draw similar sentences for similar crimes.

And have you noticed that the majority of sandwich shop staff are females? I smell a conspiracy here!

Think we need to look at these conclusions in context.

They aren't a dramatic demonstration nor are they evidence. They are really, some thoughts by one of our number.

I know there have been many times when I'm sought any refuge for some solace.

This is flawed in the fact that by this theory us trans men would need to 'prove' ourselves by being criminals and violent.

I know that I'm a woman because I've decided to earmark a couple thousand dollars to cut my balls off, rather than buy a new gaming computer.

we're all descended from Adam and Eve and they had nothing to be scared at or flee from - at first.

I am very male in this department. I hate to fight but I will and I fight dirty. I tend to avoid arguments but when they happen I get very vicious and I find I like the confrontation. But given the choice I will avoid conflict. But if I have determined violence or verbal abuse is the only likely result of a conflict I am typicaly the first to yell or throw a punch. (I learned a long time ago to not get hit first.)

A more accurate (yet still lacking) statistical test with regard to prisons is to consider the percentage of men who go to prison of men in the population vs the percentage of women who go to prison of women in the population and then compare the percentage of transsexuals that go to prison of transsexuals in the population.  Do not ignore the base rates!
