For over a year I am sure there is no change to the breasts...

My endo says my estrofem dose is quite high.. he isn't suggesting anything :( what should I do???

Any topic you can suggest me to discuss with him?

Estradiol (E-2) 184.00 pg/mL
PROLACTIN 52 ng/ml
TESTOSTERONE- TOTAL 0.30 ng/ml
TESTOSTERONE- FREE 0.07 ng/ml
PROGESTERONE 0.30 ng/ml

What size are you, and what size are GG in your family?
To dream of the person you would like to be is to waste the person you are.

I am 32B or 34AA (I wear 32, more comfortable on the back, 34 falls) and it's tiny, people say B i modest but it feels like I have nothing O_o just a big of a mound and that's it. Maybe it is different because of the backband?

Mom is 34C/36B

How long have you been on HRT? I imagine I will probably only get to a B in my first 3 years so I'm probably going to be going for BA to get to a C after 3 years is up.

approx 3 years but had almost a year's break because of silly med system.. but I restarted over a year already and didn't have any growth since restarting... no pains no nothing. Before the stop I had a lot of it.

well your endo is the person with the qualifications and has seen your blood results numbers so you might as well listen and reduce the dose as there is a lot of belief in too high a dose of E being converted to T - but we all vary and we all have different diets and different water coming through the taps so altogether anyone taking hormones is just guessing.
Try cutting the E for a couple of months and it might just kick things into growing.
La Sensa have a super new range of gelbras...I resorted to these when my boobs went on  strike.

From what I've read, most MtFs don't get above a B, and are usually a cup smaller than their mothers / sisters size. From what you have said, it sounds to me that you are at max size. B isn't bad :) I bet a bunch of MtF women would love a B .. and quite a few GG women too!

From what I have checked you are within range for a natal female.*   You may just be as big as you might get.

Progesterone was added to my regime, cyclical, and I am filling out more now.  I have not really gotten bigger just fuller.

I cringe everytime I think of that theory....my mother/sisters are all B lol.

Alright a few things:

1) at 32/34, it sounds like you might not have much body fat -- for breast development there needs to be some fat to distribute there.  Could that be a factor?

2) When you take time off of HRT, you lose ground with some development.  The discomfort we feel during breast growth is related to the changes in the skin tissue.  You basically need to regain what you lost before you start to grow again.  There won't be new discomfort until you exceed your previous progress.

3) 3 years isn't that long.  I had great growth in my first year of HRT, leveled off for more than a year then experienced another wave of growth during year 3.

Or you could just do what almost every natal girl has had to do since the dawn of time and take what you're given.

As a girl I once knew, who had very small breasts, said, One mouthful is enough.
