Hi Everyone,

So I wanted to ask your opinion, I have put up a new avatar pic, its a real photo that has been made over on taaz.com and then morphed to the style of Alphonse Mucha on http://morph.cs.st-andrews.ac.uk/Transformer/ (for anominity, plus it lmakes my nose smaller,  Lol!)

Not sure if I;ll leave it this way, but I'd love to know what your thoughts are.

Me too - it looks quite classy and sophisticated.

It looks as though it's an oil painting, very eye catching.  Have you tried that technique with other pictures?

Thanks everyone for your warm responses, I'm going to leave it for now...I love it too!
I'm haven't tried any other photos yet, though I did warp the original in heaps of different styles,
I might re-do it later, the only photo I had was of me everyday, so no smiles, this has inspired me to take a happy photo and start from there.

Once again, I want to thank everyone for your kind words, you've really made my day!

I think they look great. It takes just enough out of the picture that it's not an actual image of yourself, but leaves enough there that it's still a good looking rendition of who you are in real life. I think it's a fantastic way to present yourself if you're not comfortable with using an actual image of yourself as your avatar.

I really like how Janet's turned out (not saying the others aren't good).
