Hey everybody....

Besides mom being more accepting. Garnering new clothes, now having hair and Kevin still being a jackass, home stuff is still the same.

But I need to talk about something different...Something I've never talked about on this forum...Yet until now --- My body image.

Since the end of Junior year (2 months ago), I was on break for 2 months after the last day. In this time, I put on about 5 pounds. Now wrap this in your head...I'm about 5'11 and Junior year I was 125 pounds...After the school break I became rounded off 130 pounds.

So coming back to school (For the last two weeks), I've had a fair amount of people come up to me and say, 'OMG!!! You look different!" (Besides now having red hair) and they're like, oh yeah...You put on weight.

I've had people say I'm pudgy. I even had this one kid come up to me and they were like; "OMG!!! You used to be so hot but now that I heard you put on weight, you're so ugly. If you want to be 'cool' again you need to go to the bathroom now and throw up until you're 120 pounds."

....I didn't know how to react to that. Now you must be thinking...How would 5 pounds show?! Well in accordance to these people they say it's because my boobs look bigger and my butt looks plumper.

To the first, I switch my bra a lot and some of them are padded; So that makes a difference and because I find the right jeans it fits my butt. So not even looking at my stomach they just ASSUME that I gained a lot of weight. Which is RETARDED on all forms of any level you could fathom.

People have the media's brainwashing in their head and if you're a star and you kill someone it's...ALRIGHT but if you gain 5 pounds...OMG!!! You're on every cover of every mag....

So I just wanted to vent. So despite having red hair, I'm feeling kind of blue right now.

Oh, dear. What is wrong with these people? Your weight is not excessive for your height. In fact, depending on your frame, I would be inclined to say that you might be a little underweight.

I know that the skinny model look is "in" these days, but if people are commenting on a five-pound weight gain when you are that tall, they need to get a life. Then again, it's possible that they're just being mean. Girls in particular like to play the "did you gain weight" game, even when their target is too thin. It's mean and vile and stupid.

In your case--are you on HRT now?--if your body is changing, then it will look different to people, and they might comment about it. But the way they're doing it smacks of something else.

If I were you, I would be irritated, too.

Shoot little one, I am 20 lbs heavier than you.  Don't sweat it.  Once you begin HRT you will lose it.

But I'm not even fat Mom! =__=

And at Arch it could be because 90% of the school knows my "status" and want to cause fire but either way IDK...

Also I'm not on HRT yet...But I wish. I wish! I wish!!!

So, did you gain five pounds with the breast forms or without?

Seriously, these people are probably trolling you because they know your trans status. If you're as slim as I think you are, then they probably envy the heck out of you and are looking for a sneaky way to bring you down.

That could be true but it could be because of my trans status plus my intersex status and --- You're likely right but I'm a very sensitive person despite being brave and courageous??? A little weird I guess...

They are just being plain mean and nasty. I'm about 5' 9" and weigh in at about 130 pounds (56kilos?). All of my friends refer to me as the skinny bitch, in a nice way of course .

At 5'11" and 130lbs you are a gorgeous doll, and of course your hips will be smaller than most women your age, and that gets girls really jealous. I get it from my friends, "god look at those hips" wish I could get into a skirt like that. And they are in their fifties

at 130 lbs. and 5'11" that gives you a Body Mass Index of 18.3 which is borderline underweight! What, you wanna be anorexic? Geez girl, eat a cheeseburger! lol And don't pay attention to those trolls, they're totally clueless

I weight 220lbs - and I'm only 5ft 8in - I probably am a little fat. Do I try to watch my food a little and do a bit of exercise? Yes I do. do I get paranoid about it when the weight simply refuses to shift? No I don't.

Like you I have some hormone response abnormalities due to an intersex condition. That means that I am very good at growing breasts and female type curves, but not nearly so good at losing them. Bottom line, as my doctor has recently said to me, if, as I am, you are healthy in all other respects then even if you were 220lbs like I am it really isn't a huge deal.

Definitely agree with all of the above that you are on the slim side.  It sounds like these comments are coming from the girls because the guys are too busy being distracted by your boobs!!
