Speaking of the devil her self.  >:-) hehe

Warning: I get a bit explicit and maybe I get into TMI... I tried to tone it down a some to keep things PG14-ish. Hey, the horns keep my halo up and in place after all! :D

Anyway, your health, diet, etc will affect how you taste. Probiotics help your vagina to be healthy. It's not a requirement, but it can help your vaginal flora in a lot of ways. A healthy vaginal flora is good for you. You don't need to take them every day, as the probiotics will take hold.

There are many things that can affect your vaginal flora (the good bacteria that keeps your vagina healthy inside), such as health, stress, antibiotics, yeast infections, bad bacteria, etc. A healthy vaginal flora will fight off bad bacteria and yeast from taking hold down there - probiotics can boost and support your natural vaginal flora, fighting off the bad stuff. A yeast infection isn't pleasent -- that was my "welcome to womanhood you've now got a vagina" welcome wagon. Oh, yay! I had pretty bad problems for a while, which also induced a lot of bladder infections, causing all kinds of chaos down there. Probiotics made a huge difference with my vaginal health and quality of life. I've only used one bottle, and never needed them since. I have a healthy vagina with healthy vaginal flora -- that fights off yeast infections as well as bladder infections.

As for my sexual experience, before I had SRS I was dating a post-op woman. So, yes, I have sex with a post-op woman using my pre-op parts (aka penis), and I also tasted her. Her vagina tasted slightly sweet, pleasant, and smelled like normal vagina -- actually, one of the best I've ever tasted, to be honest. I've heard that often post-op women have the best tasting pussy. :D (not just from my experience, but from others who have been with post-op women and also from what people have told me what I taste like).

The feeling (with using my male part in her vagina) felt normal, with a slight tightness but not in an uncomfortable way (honestly, the only time I ever really enjoyed sex with the male part). Very, very enjoyable. I've had men who have said similar comments in regards to my post-op vagina - tight, but not too tight, just right. (however, it can be tighter at first if you haven't dilated in a while). I've made men cum pretty quickly, however -- I've had several comments about how they usually take a much longer time and with me it's boom. In my experience with my ex-gf, I never really orgasmed with other women, except for a couple of times after a long, long, tiring time. With my ex, it was much faster and more enjoyable... it was the best sex I had pre-op.

You have a lot of muscle control down there, and when you orgasm you have the same contractions as a natal woman during orgasm. The first few times having sex are a bit awkward, 'cause you basically need to re-learn sex. Relaxation is key.

With your fingers down there, it will feel smother inside -- although over time the inside feels more like a natal woman's inside. Most don't notice at all. You will also have a g-spot, which is in the same spot as a natal woman's is.

I have had sex with men and women who didn't notice any difference with me vs another women. (Side note: Every vagina is different, post-op or natal, and post-op is nearly or identical to the typical range of vagina out there... basically, you have nothing to worry about that someone will find your post-op vagina off or unusual vs the other vaginas out there... and in ranges of pussy, a lot of post-op women are on the premium side of the range of pussy. )

Also, a penis will adjust to your vagina, so bottoming out isn't much of an issue. It can happen, but it also happens with a lot of natal women as well. You may feel the penis as it hits the end, and at first, it might feel uncomfortable, strange, or a slight pressure -- then you get used to it, it doesn't hurt, and in fact, it feels real good.

As times goes on, you'll find that your post-op vagina will also stretch and mold like a natal woman's vagina -- after, it slowly goes back and gets a bit tighter. That's the same for all women, although. With a post-op vagina, however, there's a bit of an advantage in that although sex and dilation makes it looser, it goes back into shape faster. Some women seem to be very loose, which can be genetics, having children, or other factors... usually exercising the pelvic floor muscles help it go back into shape (kegel exercises). Kegel exercises are also very good for post-op women as well as natal women. Kegals not only affect your vaginal health and performance, it also affects your bladder (in a good way).

You will self-lube, but the amount of lube can vary, just like in other women. Diet, medications, stress and your health can all affect your lube. There have been times when I didn't need any; however, I enjoy a small amount of lube. There's nothing wrong with that, a lot of women use lube and find it more comfortable. It really varies, some women are crazy wet and some are not. I've dated natal women drier than I am, and needed copious amounts of lube for comfort and enjoyment. I would say that I'm average in terms of self-lubing (so was my ex). Some days I get more wet, other times not so much -- again, diet, stress, medication, etc affect down there a lot... lube, taste, all that... same goes for all women, post-op or natal.

In conclusion, post-op pussy rocks and was the best I ever had and now have. :D

Footnote: My SRS was performed by Dr. Brassard; my ex had her's done my Dr Mannard of the same clinic, about a year before I had mine... I started dating her a couple months before my SRS. After that, I had a lot of confidence about going to Montreal for my SRS. I can't vouch for other surgeons and their results, since I haven't experienced it; although, I'm sure a competent surgeon will have similar results - a wonderful vagina that rocks this world!
Did you have any scars?

Well, there are too super long scars that run vertically on each side of the vagina, it looks like Frankenstein, eek. I've heard they fade in time and hair helps covers them.

I make it sound worse than it is, but they are very visible right now. My endo just had to examine me to see the result and she was  amazed. She said Brassard is brilliant, she was so impressed. She went on and on at how incredible it is. She tried to reassure me that the scars will fade.

I just hope my guy, whoever he is when we meet, is impressed too.

Which in return makes me happy that ill  be a brassard graduate very very soon! 3 more months and a couple of days.. I can say that in 3 months ill be in Montreal.

the scars will fade over time. Mine aren't very visible, but if you are looking for them you'll see them. I have a small dimple on each side, too, which no one seems to mind. Dr. Brassard said he can get rid of them if I wanted via a small surgery.

Taking care of your scars early on will help them not look as bad. I picked at one (bad) on one side and it's slightly bigger than the other side. So, take care of them. Dr. Brassard suggests massaging them, too, to break down the scar tissue. I put a little vitamin e on them too, which can help soften, flatten, and break them down.

I'm also about 2 years post op -- it took me a year or so before the scars started to fade.

If the scars are bad, there are things you can do to fix them up. Over all, there's just the two on the side, but not horrible looking and no one seems to notice. Over time they just blended in. They are pretty small.

You'll notice all of the tiny things more than others will.

Awesome, I massaged my Breast Augmentation scars, you can barely notice them as of today (1 year, 4 months post op)

And for those of you concerned I will second everything she says. 26 years and one revision later you honestly wouldn't know unless you were a Gynacologist.

... it looks like Frankenstein ...

Well, at five weeks post it would.
When they say that it takes a year to heal, they mean it.
You may have "knots" at the top of the two main incisions that feel like internal hard spots.
It may take a long time for these to loosen up.

Changes occur exponentially decreasing.
You will see changes in your second year of healing.

I will say that a string of, how shall we say, less than clean pussy made me think that I didn't like going down on girls and actually made me question my entire sexuality for a while.

My current girlfriend is obsessively clean after a guy told her he didn't like the way she tasted/smelled. So she very seldom has any smell, and the only taste is really the familiar slightly tin taste of the soft skin inside the vagina - which is what the first vajayjay I ever went down on tasted like.

The scent my girl does have occasionally, however, is absolutely delightful. It smells like pretty much any other hormonally charged part of her body, except slightly muskier - but it's all very, very faint. I honestly wouldn't mind if it were stronger, because I really, really love the way she smells. :3

late to this but, re scars - there are lotions and such marketed as for the reduction of scars, no idea if the work.

also, isn't there a laser procedure that claims to reduce scaring?
Disclaimer: due to serious injury, most of my posts are made via Dragon Dictation which sometimes butchers grammar and mis-hears my words. I'm also too lazy to closely proof-read which means some of my comments will seem strange.

I've had severel deep surgeries for srs and accident repair and I have to say that the only one that left a nasty scar has been one that was closed with inside dissolving stitched and some brown glue stuff outside...now its a raised up red scar.  all the ones that were closed with outside dissolving stitches have faded and blended in.

Doctor has prescribed Betnovate cream once a day so I daub a thick layer of that on at night but I can't see any improvement from it.

I had a one-stage op back in 1992....probably not a state-of-art Mary Jane by today's standards....

And then I didn't have my first serious b/f till at least a year or two later....

But the first chap, I lost my virginity too never made any mention of any difference.... but then always wore condoms as he was paranoid about being cornered into being a Dad....lol

(He was a masters level competition level swimmer so uber fit)....lol

Though at the time I was in my early thirties...

All the men I've ever slept with....and no....(not that many), but more than just a few lets say....have always dated me presumably because they liked me first and foremost as a person...?

Not because I'm an ever-ready sex toy....?

I've never had any complaints.... and I had relationships that have been long-term 6 years plus in one case...

Sex is not about component parts.... for me. And with a man it has to be part of a wider view....mutually fulfilling relationship.....

Though early on I would concede I did sleep around a tad more casually (but still STD carefully).... as there is a gaining confidence element for sure...

But the point being even with surgery from back then.... dating men successfully has never been an issue for me....

My problem is how I'm going to get around the 6 weeks break that's looming for me  ::)....lol

When I get back from the US...

I can't wait to use that probiotic stuff.

And when it comes to scars....

My advice for both body and vaginal scars:

If you have scars that are raised and coloured pink (it could mean you are still healing) or darker than your own skin colour, you can have a few sessions of laser treatments, it tends to help flatten the scar and settle the discoloration/pigmentation.

If you have indented or pale/white scars, you can have "Multitrepannic Collagen Actuation" (MCA) or "dry needling" method.
It does promote collagen stimulation, it helps the scars soften and regain some natural pigment. If the natural pigment does not return, a skilled cosmetic tattoo specialist can perform scar camouflage by implanting the right pigments in.

I can't remember how bad ma scars were first time around (18+yrs ago).... as none show now....

This time around I thought I might try this to see if it does help with the settling down process...

I use organic coconut oil on my vagina before sex.  Pure organic unrefined coconut oil has healing properties in it and each man that has performed oral sex on my doesn't understand WHY my vagina tastes so good.  I just smile and move on.  i put it all over my vagina and anus and massage it in and they think i am being extra wet also.

just a hint

I hope you douche all the sugars out afterward?   It would seem to be a walking yeast infection waiting to happen.  But otherwise sounds like fun!  :)

I slept with a guy for several years before I had surgery. He was against me going to Bangkok....
Busy, I didnt see him for 3 months.

Last week, he talked me into "fooling" around. When he took of my panties he leaned in and got a good look. He burst out laughing, which crushed my spirits.
When he lifted his head with a s**t eating grin, he said "It looks sooo real!"

From depressed to happy in a nano second  :)

I just had my first post-op sexual encounter today!!! Better than I expected for the first time, but I still had a few nerves.  Quite a relief, as I waited over a year since surgery to do so.

I asked the guy afterwards and he said that it felt pretty normal, only a little tighter, but of course that was a good thing.  We both got what we wanted and needed from the experience.

Watch out world . . . .here I come....
