I know that some transmen have problems with hystorectomies because they've already had their legal marker changed to M, and insurance doesn't cover that for men. Same with how my insurance doesn't cover progesterone with a male marker, but I can only imagine they would with a female marker (and then probably not cover avodart, for example, though I wouldn't really need it post-orchi.)
I'm guessing it won't be a problem, considering women need to know their testosterone levels just like men do, and no surgeries are covered MTF anyway.
