It's not so much your chromosomes that would say anything, its your genes. (You know, Lee's, Levi, Riders, etc.) You would need to run a full genetic screening looking for matches between your genetic structure and your mother's and/or sister's. The key would be finding enough of the genes that would partially start the female to male inutero transformation, but not enough to complete it. And I'm not sure that this work has ever been done.
I know its a geeky answer, but I'm a science geek! I've spent 47 years working on this, and I'm not going to give up on it now!
