You and I share the incredible luck to have supportive spouses.  While there is of course pain in sharing this journey, it helps so much to be able to share it.  I hope to visit with you often.  I notice that you were on the chats.  I envy you that - I don't think through my fingers anywhere fast enough to venture there.  I'm, I guess not quick to open myself up without too much self-editing.
