If you have the money to get a binder, try to be up early and get the mail before everyone? Or have it sent to a friend's house or relative...if they ask, say it's a tshirt for your mom(as a gift) or something.

There are alternatives like *shiver* ace bandage, waist trimmers, sports braces, laying sports bras, and duct tape (but yu might rip off ur nipples LOL)

Aww, I hear ya about the chest and issues with family. Hopefully you have some supportive friends or family members who would not mind receiving the parcel for you. Jacob made good suggestions about the mailing issue. :)

I haven't tried the ace bandage method, but read somewhere that you can use an undershirt and then slip the bandage/braces/etc over you just like a regular binder. The only issue might be slippage. I think duct tape is ruled out for obvious reasons? LOL.

Hang in there! I hope you can find a solution that works for you.

EDIT: Could anyone tell me if Underworks ships in discrete boxes? Thanks!

SILLY TYPOS.

Maybe the ace bandage will work and the duct tape with it.LIke not a lot,but maybe a layer to keep it from slipping.

If you can save up about $40, you can get a good binder from Love Boat. The packages do say Love Boat on them, but nothing LGBT related or anything. Buy a Visa gift card and buy it with that. If you have to send it to your house, pay attention to the tracking info (erase internet history!!!) and know when it will get there, so you can get to the door before anyone else. You'll probably have to sign for it though, so have some excuses ready. This worked for me, because my parents don't pry too much; they trust me, and I normally get things from eBay and Amazon every once in awhile, so it's not unusual. If you can't accept it at your house, get a good friend to do it for you. The T-shirt excuse Jacob suggested sounds like it would work.

If there's no way to get a real binder, use an abdominal binder. You can buy them at K-mart or wherever. Good luck!

@Bagheera - If you meant discrete; Underworks ships under the name Simple Solutions.

Oops, that had to be one of my more embarrassing typos. ^^; Thank you for the information though. It helps me out as well and is appreciated.

Their binders come in a priority mail envelope from sender "simple solutions". It doesn't look like anything more than a t shirt.

Try this:
Buy a new tshirt from somewhere and leave the tags on. Order your binder. Be the first one to get the mail and if they ask what it is, say it's a new tshirt. If they ask to see it say you want to try it on first. Go to your room and put on the "new tshirt"(the one you bought prior) and show whoever wanted to see it.

I was going to do this but my parents ended up not even being home the day my binder came in the mail :)

this is brilliant. I'll have to keep this in mind when I order weird stuff and get it sent to my parents' apartment. (i don't usually live there, though, so it isn't as huge of a deal...but still. this is genius.)

I pretended the package I received was a video game. Then I took my copy of Ninja Gaiden Black and showed my dad, who didn't remember I had that game at all. Worked very well. Although, a T-shirt would be better, just in case somebody touched it and could tell it was soft.

Not to be rude, but if you start to bind in any kind of way won't you family notice your chest is flat anyway? I would imagine it would just be better to tell the truth or simply say that you prefer to have a flatter looking chest, but thats just my opinion.

One idea no one's mentioned is getting a binder that looks like a sportsbra.  You still might want to order it to a friend's place and then say you bought it locally, but there's an easy excuse of "It's for [insert athletic activity here] that I want to do every day."  I've seen a few legit binders that look like sportsbras: http://www.lesloveboat.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=90 and http://www.t-kingdom.com/shopping/english/page1300_english.shtml.  That would also take care of Corey's concern that your folks will notice your suddenly flat chest, because you can just tell them that it's an unintentional but worthwhile side-effect of having such an effective sportsbra.
