aarrgghhhh if there is one thing I can't stand is people, no TS, TS only do this... they see someone that is happy and then try and add negativity. This is nothing like that movie wtf lol and she's described him in such a wonderful light that it's shameful to think anyone could say anything nasty about him, or have doubts bllaaaggg.....

Wow, Muffin, no one has yet to say anything negative about anyone or anything. Every one here is wishing Angela a great relationship and friendship too last a lifetime. Do not jump to conclusions before reading posts as they are written.

I wasn't trying to be negative. I only wish Angela and her new boyfriend the best and hope she finds happiness with him. The movie is obviously not about Angela, but the basic rough outline is the same, so I thought people might be interested. As a movie, yes it has conflict and gets ugly at times, but that is the nature of movies and why they are interesting. I hope that Angela's real life story is so sweet and perfect that it would make the most boring movie ever!

I've seen the movie the guy is a jerk and treats her like crap for the most part. I wasn't just referring to that movie but other peoples comments, if not more so. But yeah no need to derail the thread over my own personal observations. If you don't agree then ignore my comments simple.

Seems you are the one doing the derailing by accusing me of trying to tear down a sister.
I felt I had to respond to such an accusation. I will now take your advice and ignore your posts on this topic. Very simple. 

I wasn't trying to compare Michael to the guy in the movie, only the general circumstances of the movie.  Angela knows Michael best and I am sure she can make the best decision for her life. I also apologize Angela if you interpreted any of my comments as being negative or if any of the preceding has taken the glow off things. I am genuinely happy for you and wish you the best in this exciting new relationship.

The basketball game didnt quite go like I expected.My shooting arms arent what they used to be. Michael kind of got a kick out of it.1 positive thing about this, he wont be asking me to do any more stuff we used to. do.He wants to reintroduce me  to his parents   , but I told him to wait a few weeks.I have enough pressure this week with the reunion. I remember his parents from years ago, they seemed nice.But have no idea how they would react now, with me dating Mike as a female. It would crush me if they dont approve.People at the reunion, I could get over in time about rejection, but Mikes parents approval is just something I want.

That basketball game would have been something to see.

I can really understand how you feel, knowing you could do it but can't now.

Pretty sure you can relearn though. Moving around in a different body, as you will be, is gonna need some different approaches.

Spacial,I dont think I even want to relearn.I told Michael, he was upset.    But I just cant get into the game like I used to.I still like watching the occasional game on tv, but playing it today seemed boring.He accidentally knocked me down once, something he would never be able to do in high school.I beat him constantly back then.Now I got beaten by 30 points. Enough about the game, I see him as my man.

Thanks little sis.Im in no rush to go to his parents for a while.My mom already knows and is ok with him.My dad it doesnt make any diffrence, because we havent spoken in years.  

I wouldn't be in a rush either haha! Especially before srs. And I'm really sorry about you dad. That really must be hard. I didn't think I would care how my parents reacted but it really started to upset me. I'm not sure how okay they will be but they're in denial right now haha. =\

Hi Angela, I just read up with this topic and I am really happy for you. It is wonderful that you have found support and love in an old friend.
It is only natural that he places remarks or wants to things you don't see fit. It takes time to adjust and be fully comfortable with this new situation and the way he goes about it seems perfect. He seems to rush things and it is good of you to tell him to slow down a bit. Right now you have plenty of things to think about, especially the upcomin reunion.

It is better. I'm luckier than most girls in some ways but then again if I don't get a job it's all wasted since I'll be stuck.
