This is just two blocks from where I live and is right at the section of town I go out at night in. Made me shiver in fear for a bit when I first saw this story. Does anyone know who she is? Hope she is okay.

"Last Saturday night I witnessed an act of violence that shook me to the core. I was interviewing Tommy Atz from Safeguards about his outreach work; it was about 1:15am when we noticed a figure stumbling towards us from 13th street toward 12th on Locust. At first, we didn't pay much attention, but as the figure got closer we noticed something dreadfully suspicious. "

When we're afraid we ought not to occupy ourselves with endeavouring to prove that there is no danger, but in strengthening ourselves to go on in spite of the danger...

A truly shocking article..... and let's sincerely hope whoever this human being is..... that she's making a good and safe recovery....?

Pack animal brutality and those that live with hearts of darkness.... I think there are some acts so despicable, that they are not deserving of any forgiveness...

Horrible, there are no words for this but only pain.

I am not superstitious, but for her I gladly light a candle for hope and best wishes.
