I just returned (well 2 months ago) from Bangkok and finally had the surgery!
Healing went fairly well, but the the biggest impact was the mental healing.

The doctor gave me 4 dialators, 20, 22, 25 and 27 mm. I can dialate up to the 22 fairly easily, but the step to 25 is difficult. Any suggestions, comments about duration etc to get me over this hump?

can you still orgasm?  Just wondering

Get hold of a Ortho Vaginal Applicator, use it to put some lube in your vagina. Because of the tightness the lube gets rubbed off as you try to put it in and you have a battle on your hands. I've put a link to show you one. I use it regularly but I just use one dilator now and its 30mm at just over two months post op.

I pray I will be. There was some "trouble" there during the healing,
It took 4 weeks for that to heal so I could not dialate.

I had the Sigmoid colon surgery, so its basically over coming the "entrance" to the neo-vagina.

One brother I had not spoken to for 20 years started talking again at a family GTG. It was only 2 weeks after surgery, but my mother said she had never seen me so happy and positive.

Despite the hurdles, I think my life will only get better!
