In most countries laws have been adopted to allow post-corrected transsexual women and men to change their legal sex. Transsexual people do not undergo enforced sterilization. They resolve a fundamental incongruity between their neuro-biological sex and their anatomical sex.

There is nothing forced or non-consensual about the process.
