So with my new found desire to express myself as a male I am even more motivated than usual to loose my unwanted curves and gain desired muscle, but I'm not very bright when it comes to figuring out what exercises to do and how much to do them an stuff, so I was wondering if I could get some feedback/help.

I was to tone my arms (especially my triceps) and build some good muscle there, however due to a shoulder injury I cannot do normal push-ups and have instead been doing wall push-ups. How do I use the wall push-up to increase my triceps strength? and how many times a day should I do the exercise?

I also really want to gain strength in my pectoral muscles so wen the time comes for top surgery I will have a well shaped chest. Along with that I also want to gain noticeable abs, but in order to do that I need to loose some extra flab around my stomach, any exercises that people could recommend to help loose the extra while also building up abs?

Thats pretty much it =) Any help is so very greatly appreciated!
Thank you.

Hey check out the FTM section, Bibi posted some good tips over there for exactly what you're looking for :). (I feel like an advertisement ::))

triceps straighten our arms so any exercise involving resistance to straightening should do the job but gotta watch for any that affect the shoulder.
Just sitting here with arms flat on desk and forcing hands down to try lift me makes the tricep muscle very hard.  So perhaps some of old Charles Atlas's Dynamic Tension exercises might shape up your triceps.
