Welcome to our little family. Over 3600 strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion.

Well, all you Bostonians, you might want to get involved politically with:
The Massachusetts Transgender Political Coalition.

They are good folks who fought for (and lost :( ) HB1728 "An act relative to gender-based discrimination and hate crimes".
They have a nice contingent in the Pride Parade each year.

Edit for typo

Welcome, adaralove. I'm new here too. :)

Boston is an awesome city. I visited for the first time this summer. There's a good chance I'll be in college up there next year.

By the way, you look very much like a woman. :)

Nothing's set in stone yet, but it's a distinct possibility. I'd go to Northeastern University, which is right in the heart of Boston. Or I'd go to Brandeis University, which is ten miles outside of Boston, in Waltham.

Oh yeah I know exactly where Northeastern University is I went to school right across the street at W.I.T -
well good luck whatever career you chose..!

I didn't realize that so many of us in the forum were in the area! I really ought to be looking harder for a trans support group.

I work in a lab at one of those universities and my partner attends the other.
