So, I'm feeling ballsy today and figured what the hell...I'll record me singing and post it.
However, before I make a complete a$$ of myself on facebook, I wanna show it to a smaller community and hear your opinion first...
My mic sucks, so there's a few parts where the sound quality is poor and it cuts out. But for the most part it sounds...ok. In the beginning few words I sound like crap, but then I get set on my tone.
I'm singing Glycerine by Bush. I didn't know how to strip the lyrics and record it with the music, so it's pretty much acapella. Let me know what you think, honestly.
BTW, this is at 4 1/2 months on T.

EDIT: I can't make it play straight from the page...so you'll have to download it and open it in media player.

Your voice is unquestionably male, but...you are not a singer. I'd pass.

Wow!  4 1/2 months on T?  I am very, very impressed.

Your voice has a great timbre.  However, and I am not familiar with the song, but perhaps it is not the best-suited to being sung acapella.

Personally, I think that was pretty good and would post it.

You aren't going to get concensus on this are you?  LOL.

Dang, your voice sounds so male! If you want to post yourself singing, try out one of the free karaoke sites online. Then you'll have the music and your voice.  :)

You sound just like my ex when he sings, not the most melodic of sounds but undoubtedly male.

The voice is male.

The sound I really can't comment on as I don't really understand modern music.

I mean, what happend to good old fashioned music, with long haired types who, couldn't play their instruments, never took a bath and gobbed at the audience.

Now that was real music!!

Lol, thanks guys. I didn't think I could sing very well..and I've decided not to post it on FB. I didn't sing pre-T cause I didn't want to not sound male. I'm glad that at the least, it sounds male. :P
