Up until just recently, had I the opportunity to get saline breast implants, believe me I would have jumped on it. But I am glad that I didnt and I am going to share with you why. BEcause implants (especially saline, cuz they dont budge an inch) can NEVER compare to natural breasts. On September the 28, 2010 I began my 10th month on hormones,,,and let me tell you I am VERY happy so far. I understand that they will develop for like two years, so I should have a lot of growing to do.... But, they are natural, real, and has done something very amazing to my being. It seems that just recently I feel more in tune than at any other time in my life. I am thankful and grateful for my blessings... My opinion would be to definitly do the HRT BEFORE getting implants....
