I have been on e for three weeks now. I don't think i can tell anything yet. But now that my driver license is up and i need to take a new pic. Can i go in looking like a female with out breaking any laws.

What state are you in? And what was the point of that poll? *Confused*

I guess it shouldn't be a problem to get a female pic as long as you actually present as female the majority of the time when you need to show your licence. If you normally present as male then a female pic on your licence wouldn't be such a great idea. Then when you do go fulltime you can get a new licence.

     Why not?  Females get their picture taken with make up on.  Why can't you?   I don't think any state has a law that says men can't wear make up for their DL pic.  If there is then it is discrimination, which is against the law.
