@Tyler90210 hey man, from what i've understood and noticed female nipple are usually more centered, whereas males nipples are more on the lower outside of the pec muslce. Dr Garramone is in Sunrise, FL. He is an awesome surgeon and his staff is amazing! I had DI, my scars are just light and pretty thin. I'm almost 4 months post-op. im hoping by a year post-op they will be pretty much invisible.

Thanks for the response man.  :)  You know it's funny I never noticed that guys nipples are more on the lower outside, but now that you mentioned it I'm like "Yeaaah!" lol  :D

Btw You look amazing man!

If you barely need to bind as is you need to really consider what your long term goals/wishes are. For instance, do you want to be able to take your shirt off in public some day? Are you concerned about what a potential mate might think of your chest?

From what it seems, lot of people wait until later to get surgery done as well.

Personally I'm not down with surgeries but that's just me and I live with that decision.

Yes, I would like to be able to take my shirt off in public, BUT it's not a super huge deal.  Just something I would really like.

What I am more concerned about is what a potential mate my think.  REALLY CONCERNED.  I'm a gay guy so I'm not sure how they would feel about a chest that was almost passable.  Would most really need it to be 100% male?  It's hard to tell, some might be OK with it and others might be all "Hell no!"

My hubby's pansexual, so that might be different, but a few months back he tugged me aside and told me that that switch in his head had been flicked, that he saw me entirely as male, even if I was entirely pre-op at the time (and have only had hysto since).

Now, he's... something special, I know, but.. *shrug*
If someone can see my deflated DD chest as "male".. Surely, someone could, at least in theory, see a "female body builder" chest type as male.

You know it's funny that you mention a switch being flipped and someone all of a sudden seeing you as male.  As soon as I got my hair cut this one gay guy, whom I'd been really close to as friends, starting seeing me as male.  And also got REALLY attracted to me.  :)

Just wondering, you said deflated DD chest, is that because of T?  How small does it seem now?

Also I'm really glad your hubby can see you as entirely male.  ;D

deflated due to a) post-pregnancy effect, b) gravity, and c) yep, T
They seem 'round C-D ish, but.. well, stretched skin doesn't recover all that well..

If you don't mind me asking, how long have you been on T?  And how long did it take for you to notice your chest shrinking on T?

297 days today, and I didn't notice really 'till recently. I took my binder off for sleep and was stretching and I grabbed my chest to rub at it a little as it gets sore and tired from being constricted all day, and I did a bit of a double take, then verified (dug around 'till I found a bra that had escaped the great cleansing), and found they were considerably smaller.

OK cool! Thanks man!  Congrats on both the T and the shrinkage.  ;D

Thanks man, makes me feel better that I'm not the only one in this boat, lol.

Glad everything went great for you.  :D

If you don't mind me asking did you go for peri or double incision?

Double incision, sorry for the hella late response.
