Lst night about 9pm  was walking over to the burger king to get some whoppper juniors.  LAPD stopped me for NO reason, asked my if i was on probation or parole. I AM NOT...they then slammed me into the car and began searching me. Because they found it hard to beleive that I could have breasts, they forced up my shirt anf bra rightt there in public...I am soooooooooo humiliated

I am so sorry to here this kitty... I don't know if this will be of any help, but it's worth a try. You can find the Police Misconduct Form by googling it.

Definitely report it.  They had no reason to stop you, let alone search you.

That's California and that means they made a law against such police searches without probable cause.

Even the jail houses can't search inmates because of the new law. That took affect within the last 5 years. It was bad before, as they searched everybody naked for whatever reason.

What they did is horrible!  >:(  If I were you, I would report them.  Do you happen to have either their badge numbers or names?  That might make it a little easier.  If not, that's fine too.  What they did IS grounds for disipline, if not termination of employment.  Though they probably won't get fired.  >:(

If I were you I'd also get in touch with the ACLU, cops can't just go around lifting women's shirts and bras in public for no reason!  >:(

I'm really sorry you had to go through that.  :(

Should Definitely report it!
Too bad you didn't get their badge numbers.

I'm sorry that happened Kitty

The LAPD has a notorious reputation for abuses and the city gets sued on a regular basis...

Are you able to round up some witnesses that will testify on your behalf? If so, I'd say go for it and file charges

What they did sucks and they shouldn't get away with that kind of stuff  >:(

Utter bull $@+!

I would have told them to either arrest me with charges or let me go. They are the reason good honest cops get called pigs. I would sue them till the begged to stop.

I would def report it and go the the newspaper, bad publicity always makes them start back peddling.

I juts can't imagine this happening in a civilised country and definitely not in UK.

put the complaint in and go back to the scene and check out how many cctv camerras could have recorded the scene and create a fuss about getting the images they recorded.
In fact don't police cars have live sound during stops?.

Is it a possibility that you could move?

I really really really want to. But my rent is already 812 /month and my credit sucks. So to even move into a place with 650 rent (which is very low) it would take 2000. And that is  1100 more than I make in a month!

anyone from Los Angeles consider renting to me! I have a great rental history here, and they love me as a tenant
