I made video of my son and one of my daughters. Thay let everyone know how they feel about me being transgendered.

You're daughter is so cute and adorable!! She seems like she really understands and wants you to do what's best. How does your son feel about it? It seems like he's camera shy, or unhappy with it. I couldn't tell

He is camara shy. He has know longer than my daughter. She actualy found the word transsexual on my laptop and asked her mom about it. I told her what it was and few weeks later I took her to my youtube channel and show her all my friends that are going through samethings. She was like you can be a girl. I said yes. She talks more to me than before this has actualy made us closer. She looks at me diffrent knowing that I am a girl. She asked me if she could fix my hair after it grows out a little longer. lol. My son is a little backwards though.

I'm sorry to hear about your son but it must feel great to be closer to your daughter.

Maybe your son will need more time to get used to the idea of his dad becoming a woman (on the outside etc) Most boys look up to their dads growing up and now he might feel like he's losing his dad or something.

But it seems like your family will take the transition well. I'm happy for you too. I think if I had children and a wife, I'd be too terrified to transition. =X

I have been scared for a long time. yet I am more happy letting people know who I am. I was scared of losing people, but I felt like I was losing them anyway because they never knew me. It does feel good to be close to my daughter. I still do things with my son same as before. I do ask him if he feels like he is losing his dad? he says he know that he not. I am taking slow with him so it is easy on him.

That's a good idea. That's kinda how I'm acting with my parents. I came out to them about three months ago, then I tried to talk to them a week later and it didn't go too well so I haven't brought it up since. I was leaving to get my first script of hormones and my dad asked where I was going and I said I was going to get my script filled and he didn't say anything. He knew what it was for most likely cuz I had told him I had a drs appointment that day earlier. =/

Hi this is soo cool. I have a 10 yr old son who I feel thinks something but may never imagine til I talk to him. I know I must soonb talk with him. I also have a daughter in her 20's. She knows something too, but again not sure. My wife is aware, Thanks for sharing....

Your kids are cute.  Your daughter definitely is your daughter.  She looks like you.    You son is a man of few words.   

I am glad that this helps. I do feel free to be my self the more I open up to people specially my family. I have to more kids to tell, but they are littler and I don't thing that they would understand so I am just waiting for the right time. not everything starts out good I told my wife 7 years ago it was bad however not so bad she left. She pushed it out of her mind and forgot about it. well so did I because it was hard at first to open up to people and tell them. My wife told one of her friends in college about me being transgendered which was great because she seems more open when I am around.  Her friend treats me like I am one of them when I am around. It seems to get better some times. I still have days where I wish everything would move along little faster though. lol.

Your kids are adorable. Your son is a typical teen boy, camera shy and not much to say  and your daughter is so cool and definitely not camera shy.

can you fem up a bit round the house? like get pink tees! must be confusing for them to hear you say you feel like a woman but do nothing about it?

are kids totally unaware of changing sex these days?  I seem to remember lots of soaps and comedy shows where episodes or runs had crossdressing and sexchange themes?

I have put on pink at home. I have a mixer of male and female clothes that I wear everywhere. a lot of it looks the same just has a diffrent tag in that mens or womens. hans her way. Yes that is a Missouri accent that you are hearing.

Your daughter is so cute!  And it's wonderful that she's so supportive.  You're lucky to have such great kids.

I get the impression that both those kids are completely cool with who you are. Your son may not be expressing very much, but by the look of him I doubt he would have agreed to be in the video if he was nagative.

I also agree that your daughter will get a real kick out of doing your hair.

I am sorry, if you've mentioned how your wife is progressing with your change. I'm sure you have. I try to follow posts, but the last I recall, she seemed to be trying to deny you were transgenderd at all.

Nice video, it was nice to get a candid glimpse of you guys. Just a thought, being female doesn't mean you have to put pink everywhere, unless you want to.
