Before your voice starts to drop and people start to see you more as a guy (face hair, etc.)

Very individual. Even with my voice drop and stubble, it's taken me a while to pass. I am finally mostly passing I think. But my facial hair is blonde/red, so I don't have that 'blue' chin look that screams guy.

The voice does begin to drop immediately though. The facial hair follows closely after. I think it depends also on how feminine your face looked before T as to how quickly you pass. Somebody who looks pretty androgynous just with a hair cut, will probably fall into the realm of regular passability very rapidly on T.

Really, the voice and facial hair start almost immediately. Within a month or so. If you go off T, I'm not sure if these effects lessen or not. I know they don't go away.

My voice started to drop within about 5 days after my first injection.  After 5 months on T it continues to deepen and I tend to be surprised every time I hear it played back.

My facial hair started to come in after about 4 months or so.  However it came in clear actually so it can be felt but not seen.  I have a few darker stray hairs under my nose but not nearly enough to make any sort of moustache.

I didn't start passing constantly until about 3 months in or 3 1/2 months maybe.  I'm so relieved that at this point it is completely obvious to everyone that I am male and always have been.         

All that being said for you results may vary.  There is no way to predict in exactly what order T will work or exactly predict how far the changes will go.   

I passed completely pre-T, I was even stealth at college. But my first significant voice drop was at 3 weeks and 2 days.

My voice gradually start to drop within the first few weeks. I passed most of the time when i was pre-t but as a young boy. After about 4 weeks on T, I never got questioned again! It's different for everyone though
