I don't really know of anything for Trans-youth.  Sometimes Outside In does things for homeless GLBT youth.  You may wish to talk to them.

What I know of it mostly for those of age.  However the NWGA does meet at the Q-center, on Mississippi St.  You may wish to talk to them.

There is a mens group that meets at the Q center on the 3rd Sunday of every month.
