Hi, I'm 24, 5.7, short stocky fellow, but have lost a lot of fat, and am down to size 29. I have a physical job, hanging sheetrock, and volunteer firefighting, as well as a weekly intense cardio program. I'm looking for some suggestions for weight training, building stronger muscle in back, shoulders arms, etc. Not wanting to be your typical body building meat head, but good lean, strong muscle. Suggestions?
