I wondering if certain medications can change the shape of your eyes to a more female shape. if so what  can you expect from it? I on different medications due to several medical problems and conditions that I have. I know certain medications can change eye color also medical issues can do the same. I just wanting to know if anyone here can answer this question for me.

The shape of your eyes, unless you're not past puberty, 99,99% chance the answer is no. Even if you're not, maybe HRT wouldn't even have an effect actually.

But the "feminine shape" is not all that much caused by the eyes. I think it's more about the way the face surrounds the eyes : females have "less eyebrows, more cheeks", which makes the eyes larger. This, however, CAN be affected by HRT. If you're not past puberty, you've a great chance. If you're just past puberty, you still have a chance.

I've also read that HRT can actually have an effect on the bones, including the face, with a low success rate, no matter the age. The younger, the more likely. Nothing very drastic, though, but it's not something I'd decline. Another reason for starting HRT as swiftly as possible - Some stories report male puberty effects being partly cured by fast HRT.

But if this truly is a problem for you (and I think even after HRT it will be for me too), FFS might be your best option. Just correcting the eyebrow bones could do miracles.

HRT=Hormone replacement therapy, usually with estrogen, anti-androgens and (not always) progesterone for MTFs
FFS=Face feminization surgery

PS : Drugs that change eye colour ? Excuse me ? Sure does sound like a manga story. Are you sure ?

A medication for treating glaucoma has changed eye color from blue to brown. it also did it to other eye colors such as hazel, green.

losing or gaining fat will alter the shape to some degree - I really envy those GGs with the clamshell eyelids - they can makeup really dramatic eyes.

Also go to a place that specializes in  eyebrows. They are quite common. Go get plucked.
It's rather enjoyable.
But realistically, as ever ,someone who knows what they are doing can really help and do a great job.

Do you have a link to that? Cause eyecolour is geneticly determined in such a way that I sincerely doubt that's true.

A (fraud) psychologist that I saw tried to convince me of something similar.  She claimed that it was documented that multiple personalities patients sometimes would have one personality with a given hair/eye color, but another personality with a different one.  I looked up the information, and apparently there was this charlatan author who tried to use evidence like this to tie spiritual mysticism into quantum mechanics.  He was largely denounced by the scientific community in general before his death.

My ex's eyes do change color depending on her mood.  Normally they are the prettiest green with flakes of gold in them.  When she is PO'd they are blueish.  And trust me I saw them blueish a lot, after I came out.  Oh did I ever.  LOL

I agree with most of posts above, reshaping eyebrows can make a huge difference to the overall appearance of the eyes. Laser treatment can sear of any heavy skin right above eyes, this makes eyes appear larger whereas hormones would not achieve this alone.

Mine do that, it's really weird, they go from almost grey, through green, sometimes blue and occasionally a kind of hazel colour. of course my eyes are really odd anyway, they have little black flecks in them.

My eyes change colours kinda randomly. They're mostly orange-ish brown, but sometimes I look and they're grey, or green, or somewhat blueish. I guess it's kinda common : o.

I'm relatively certain the shape of my eyes has changed with HRT.  I'm looking at pictures I've taken over the last 7 months and they are definitely getting a more rounded look in the more recent photos.  This supports what I've heard elsewhere, and even Wikipedia says the curvature of the eye changes.

How did I know this was going to be the first response?  I am aware that Wikipedia can be changed by anyone.  The articles are usually of good quality and are mostly correct because there are people that look at recent changes to make sure they are referenced and not blatantly wrong.  It's not good enough for research papers, but in the vast majority of cases it's good enough for general use.  That said, this particular point had 4 separate references for curvature, which does in fact relate to the shape of the eye.

It actually alot has to do with your resting expression, the way you hold the muscles of your face. In guy mode, I tend to squint and exaggerate the deep frown lines between my brows. When I am presenting female, I just naturally "smile" with my eyes. Setting my throat to speak with my girl voice (an artifact of arching the muscles of the soft pallet to achieve female resonance) slightly raises the corners of my mouth in the distinctly feminine hint of a smile, my brows raise and my lids open up wide. 

I am not wearing a stitch of makeup in any of the pictures below, pictures takes within minutes of each other. The only thing different is that I have changed my presentation from male to female.  Please jump in if you think I am full of hot air, but I don't think I am kidding myself that the eyes/mouth on the bottom of each pair of pictures is unquestionably female. It makes as much difference as eyeliner or getting your brows shaped!

You can quite easily test this yourself by adding some incorrect garbage, and seeing what happens.  The falsified information will be removed almost immediately.  Wikipedia is a fantastic research tool, especially if you know to follow sources.

I'll also throw in that the changes in eye-shape referred to in the Wiki article actually refer to the shape of the actual eyeball.. Which may make a little difference to the external shape, or it may not..

those of us starting male as Bob can never hope to end up like Lana but it would be nice.
I have seen pix of TS who have managed to pay for full FFS and they look great but needs a lottery win to pay and stay at home while it all heals.



then at age 61 Lana is still lovely but look at the women in the audience for average looks.
