"Ticked-Off Trannies with Knives." Normally, I like to give my reviews a title but in this instance it's just bad business. "Ticked-Off Trannies with Knives" is one of those beautiful, little titles that's so fine because there's no need to follow up stating it with a plot synopsis; you'd have to be so very unimaginative to not be tickled with curiosity; or maybe you happen to be one of the folks on the GLAAD side of the fence over the whole thing. For the uninformed do a search on the title of this film and GLAAD, get the whole story and please, come right back to the review once you have.

If you did in fact do a search, welcome back. If no search was necessary now comes the answer to the question: was it just ballyhoo? Well, it's not not that. No exploitation film or exploitation homage could call itself such without indulging in the come-one-come-all publicity tradition of the grindhouse with its promises of forbidden sights of carnage and flesh. But will all keep coming back? What's the angle, the trick, the hook, the money shot, the show-stopper?
