'Metropolis', the complete restored version.

'Supermassive Black Holes' on SCI channel. The sound effects for the black holes is hilarious! And the dramatic music! I think I'll change to NTGEO, at least they're new shows for an hour or so.....(sound effects for black holes ROFL  )

When in the stated I missed a movie I'd been wanting to see, that the local Plymo arts gallery cinema club had booked down to screen but sadly I was in Budapest at the time....

But a bit o luck meant I spotted it for sale (just £6) in a vid/tech/dvd exchange shop so snapped it up.....

I'm glad I did Tilda Swinton's mesmeric performance is stunning.... as is the camera work and pace and editing of the film.....(its in italian) so if you don't speak it read the sub-titles.... but i would compel anyone interested in identity, a secret self....

and the passion of freedom through a catalyst of release to go see it if you can....



The score is a masterpiece of intuitive crafting too....

In about 10 minutes...'Journey to the Edge of the Universe', until 'Stargate Universe' comes on.  from NTGEO to SyFy

Last nite I watched the UK's Apprentice.... hysterically bad.... once more.... the second a candidate states there 'masters' of something in the day job..... they all fall flat on their faces.... when tasked with it on a challenge?

'Ancient Aliens' on HIST channel. Oooh! Aliens   What if they are from the oceans and we're just some old dropped off science experiment gone wrong. Then aren't we the aliens? Ahhhh...it's interesting somewhat, and the scientist in me from when I was a little kid watching sci-fi movies made in the 50's keeps me looking at this stuff.

The Walking Dead - not my usual fare but well done so far.

I caught only the tail end oh this on the Beeb in the week so had to go seek on beeb iPlayer!
