I was wondering if anyone knew about any guys who didn't need to get top surgery because of this? Do you think I would sleep be able to take my top off in public after a long time on T and if you do know anyone who this has happen to do you have pictures?

Yes, T will probably make your breasts smaller by redistributing fat but it doesn't make breast tissue go away.

It will also depend on the size of your nipples as males are much smaller.

So what your saying is I would still need to get top surgery?

It depends on if you're comfortable with it, yes. I've been told by many male friends that I'm 'fine' but no, I don't think I'm fine to walk around topless despite my small size.

I have been pondering this issue since visiting a surgeon last week. The results are not always startling....on the other hand it would be nice to feel comfortable going topless. T and exercise can only do so much.

I actually came across a Youtube video of a guy just like that.  His channel was really hard to find though, and I didn't save it.  I'll try to find it for you though!

I hated my nipples.  I'm so glad they got resized in the grafting process.
