At the moment, I'm not in any school or league sports, because at my age, everything is separated into boys and girls sports. However, it's looking like I'll be relatively stealth starting next summer, and I'd really like to sign up for a local guy's soccer league.

Firstly, is there any legal strings attached to these sorts of leagues, so that I couldn't register on the men's team? I think my parents would be fine with it, but I don't want to take any legal risks. Secondly, T counts as a steroid. If I'm on T while playing, could I get kicked out of the league for being on steroids?

If you're interested in signing up for a league that is based on age groups (e.g., under 16, under 18, etc.), then you may have to submit a birth certificate, because they care about whether you are age-eligible. That could out you.

It's pretty uncommon for an ordinary local league to have steroid testing.

A lot depends on what kind of league it is (public, private), why they segregate by sex, etc. You could sign up for a guy's league as stealth, but in some circumstances, they can kick you out if they find out the truth. It depends. Chances are you may want to let someone know higher up in adminstrating the league, while still staying stealth with the team itself. It may be important for the coach to know, though. If you get hurt, the coach is typically the one who has to be first aid certified and would make sure you get the medical care you need.

Maybe your parents can call the league and ask and do it anonymously, so if they get unfavorable answers, they haven't ruined your chances of taking a different approach?

I second what Sean said .... it probably would be a benefit to let a "higher up" and the coach know.

Even if its a youth league, I've seen girls play on boys teams before.  I would agree, talk to the coach ahead of time, assuming your birth name isn't gender neutral and let him know what name you prefer and go from there.  None of the other boys on the team need to know anything.
Our biograhies are our own and we need to accept our own diversity without being ashamed that we're somehow not trans enough.

If your on hormones and its within normal male range meaning isn't higher then average male then you'll be fine with hormones.
I personally wouldn't tell the coach but if you have to dress out with each other or something that might be a problem and the birth certificate might.
People aren't ready for the transgender yet i however did get to participate in P.E. but the guys pe teacher was against it he said "that's why they have a girls class".

I'd definitely stay stealth.
