Natalie has always been one of my favorite names.  I almost took it upon myself many years ago.  I'm pleased that you have it instead.

my friends named me Natalie. A few of  my outdoors friends and me thought it be fun to dress up  and some how I got the name afterwards . I liked it and it stuck.

I wouldn't say you look like a teenager.  Your facial structure is too mature.  But you definitely look younger than 30.
