I know some guys have had their breasts get smaller after going on T--is this a standard thing, or does it only happen to some people? How long would any kind of change take? Along those lines, I was also wondering if there's a certain amount of time you should wait in between starting T and having top surgery, if things are going to change.

I have extremely small breasts, for the record (as in smaller than AAA, they don't make bras in my size, I am more likely to pass in a tight shirt, etc). Don't know if that makes a difference.

If you already have a small breast size I doubt if going on T will make a noticable difference

yeah, I have small breasts and I don't think T has decreased the size that much (or at all). I've been on T for close to 8 months now. I've been working out my chest muscles so my chest actually sticks out more than it did with a binder on when I was pre-T which sucks but oh well. I've heard working out your chest can actually help make the breasts small but that's not my case. I have the same size breasts with more chest muscle underneath.
