Projectors, time to do a post with a twist.

It's now blown up into a kerfluffle that involves local hater Dave Welch and his right wing "Christian" minions, Mayor Annise Parker, a transphobic TV reporter, our local Fox Noise outlet and local LGBT activists.

Hmm, maybe I should be writing this as a Broadway play.... But back to the story.

26 year old Tyjanae Moore had no intention on doing anything but minding her own business as she visited the downtown Houston Public Library branch on November 17. At some point during her visit she had to use the restroom, and that's where the fun starts.

Um...first off, if a trans woman walked into a men's room, she's putting herself at just as much risk of getting arrested, plus a risk of getting attacked.
Second-has anybody pointed out to the bigots that they're essentially demanding big, hairy, transMEN use the ladies' room????
Third-I'm androgyne-am I supposed to just squat behind a dumpster in the back?

Actually, I think these people want us all to just go away and pretend we don't exist. >:( What I say to that is unrepeatable in polite conversation.

My taxes help pay for those public restrooms, so if I'm there and I need to go, to heck with them.

I use the mens restroom quite often. This is just crazy if you ask me. I don't get society sometimes. Why can't everyone just mind their own damn business?

Well I certainly understand the concern.  After all, when you're in such close proximity to a trans person, who btw actually pulls down her pants, there's a risk of contracting trans disease.  Then all the people who get trans disease will end up wanting to change their sex.  Next thing you know there's an epidemic!  :icon_evil_laugh:
When you judge others, you do not define them, you define yourself.

:icon_hahano: That is to funny! Ah, the way people think can be so amusing sometimes. So now we have a disease hmm? What next? LOL
