Hey, I was just wondering if anyone has sent back an item to underworks for exchange.  I ordered a binder that was too large, so I sent it back for a smaller one.  It reached them about two weeks ago, and I didn't hear anything.  They have also not responded to my email.  Does anyone know how long it takes for them to process/ship exchanges?  This seems like it's taking quite a while, considering the fact that the first one was here in two days.

Never mind, I got a shipping notice from them today.  Excited to try the tritop.  My experiments while waiting were interesting, but I'm looking forward to having a real binder.

I'm glad.  I read this the other day but haven't had to return anything, so was of no help.  Hope the new one works well for you.
