Thank you everybody here on Susan's.  I know I post irregularly (on average, once every other day), and I have not started my transition; though I do see a counselor (who unfortunately, for very complicated reasons, I can't talk about being transgender)... I really appreciate all of you.  I feel like, the forum, is one of the first opportunities in my life I can talk about who I really am.  It is like getting a fifty pound weight off my shoulder.  You don't know how comforting you and this forum has been in terms of guidance and comfort....
It is really hard dealing with dysphoria; as we all know.  For the moment, I will say that it was a hard night with me and this feeling... And, it made me fall back into this treachery even harder. I know sometimes our lives get crazy when dealing with transgender issues, and I am trying to learn how to deal with that.  It is hard being put in a really masculine position ( physical fighting), in my case, and trying to deal with it.... I am really confused about tonight.  Really, it makes me reflect on how happy I am that I have other people to express this emotion of mine too.

Glad to be in the same group as you.

Me too.

Feeling free to openly express so many things that have been bottled up for so long is worth more than gold.

We are so VERY glad you are here.  Certainly, many of us share your sentiment.  I certainly do.  This place IS my support group.  Though we have excellent LGBTQ resources in this city, personal circumstances make me unable to really avail myself to them.

We wish you were here more often, expressing yourself more and joining our family.  Granted, we're just a virtual family on the Internet, but it's AMAZING how this forum keeps so many of us going, so many of us from being lonely, so many of us from flipping out.

Susan Larson has done an invaluable service to all of us by providing us with this wonderful community.  Post away, hon.  We're thrilled to have you here.  Feel at home, because you ARE at home ... here.

I certainly share those sentiments. I think there are a number of us who would not be looking at a happy life without Susan's and the wonderful people here.

I also think that there are less deserving people awarded Nobel Peace prizes than Susan Larson. She has saved so many of us from grief by starting this site.

Forallittook,

Rant, rave, cry, scream, stamp your feet.  We have all been there and we truly understand.  Just don't be such a stranger, Hon.

Hey lady, I know how it can be when your T takes over and anger erupts physically. It's hard to watch it and let it pass. That is one of the biggest pieces of dysphoria for me- my brain hates T.

I've only ever been in one fight. I was wracked with fear, anger, pain and depression for weeks afterward. It's so wrong.
