Okay, so I don't pass as male in the slightest bit due to circumstances outside of my control (see:  gaining a bra size and therefore making it impossible to use my binder).

But!  I went to a MS Rainbow Alliance dinner tonight (it was just 4 of us) and the entire time I was "he"d and "Lukas"d!  There wasn't any hesitation at all on their part!  It sounded entirely natural from them and it really, really made my day/week/month!

I just thought I'd share this happy story and wondering if any non-passing dudes on here have had similar instances.

That's excellent to hear. Experiences like that definitely have an amazing effect on one's wellbeing. So congratulations!

When I wasn't passing and had never passed before, I was out to my boyfriend and he always used male pronouns for me. It was natural coming from him, and he reassured me often that he can only ever see me as a guy. Even when the rest of my life was crap and I was a girl to 99% of those around me, that was pure joy, and it kept me going.

Congrats.
Last summer I was on vacation at the beach with my parents and I femmed it up. Spend hours shaving from my head to my toes, literally. Tried to get my hair looking as feminine as possible, I guess its technically a mullet lol. The guy at an ice cream place used male pronouns. Some guy trying to get me to buy a sweatshirt called me young man. Then my first shift at work after coming back an old guy used male pronouns and called me son. I don't get it. It was so out of the blue, doesn't happen normally.

Congrats!

I don't pass much of the time right now, but the first day I wore a binder I was in line at the university cafeteria (in a coat so you couldn't even tell whether I was binding or not) and the cafeteria lady called me "son". It was great.
