Trans liberation is a human rights movement that focuses primarily on trans people. Through blogs and vlogs, events and legal action, the trans community and its allies educate the public, influence public policy, and support the community.

Our country has had a rough history of denying humans the rights that the privileged enjoy. Native Americans were nearly exterminated, African Americans were not considered whole people, and women were treated as little more than property. Now, gay men and lesbians are fighting for their right to marry–a right that has, until now, been exclusive to the privileged heterosexual community.
