When schools not in session [or not so intense, but this past semester was a dousy] I carry my DS in my pocket.  Half the time it has pokemon in it.

This isn't because my childhood was robbed of masculinity [hell I've got home video of myself pre-3rd grade (it was filmed in a house I only lived in til then) of me getting a hot wheels track and freaking out like the little man I was]  but more so because toys are the ->-bleeped-<-.

I will occasionally buy myself a new hot wheels car to add to my desk.  I love nerf guns and fake weapondry.  The list goes on....

I solemnly swear I am up to no good.

hahaha, yeah it doesn't sound silly at all. If my budget allowed, I'd be neck deep in legos and those connect-it thingies that look like too much damn fun.

-Looks over at my collection of action figures, comics and video games and other random things my parents would have frowned upon- nooo~ I'm totally not making up for lost childhood...  I wonder if my random bouts of acting like a pre-teen are from this...  but hey, I would never have been able to buy a deluxe Dante statue as a kid! .... but then again, I guess I'd feel really weird if I may Stormshadow hump Flint at this age.

Toys are the absolute most AWESOME thing ever. no matter how old you are.

Looking around my room, I can see a Digi-Vice toy from Digimon, a Tamagotchi pet, a mech TON of gundams and action figures, and a toy chainsaw, among tons of other things. What is there NOT to love about toys?

Beyblades are totally awesome too. I play a bunch of children's card games too, like Yu-Gi-Oh and even Pokemon!

Tons of guys I know still play with toys and stuff, don't sweat it!

I was lucky...I was always given 'boy toys' when I was growing up....cowboy suits, guns, action men....now you WOULD THINK my parents would have thought that was a little odd....lol!!!!!!!

The old adage is that the difference between men and boys is the price of their toys.

Nah, just you.

I collect old screws. I never know when I'm gonna need one just like that, but sadly, when I do, I never have the one I need.

But compared to collecting toy cars, that's totally rational.

I also have a number of really old computers. My oldest was made in 1981. You never know.

Apologies. This looks out of context.

Thaha yeah ,guilty as charged  ;D

Just bought myself one of those miniature RC helicopters, its Awesome ! Same for RC cars but I think that one does has something to do with my childhood. We where kinda poor back then.
I still have to get a skateboard, and I'm planning to get back into model building with old timers.

I will admit that after a serten time my parents got me boy toys because my mother just saw I was really unhappy with all those frigging dolls. A teenhood and a life, now THAT I do consider stolen.

I've never really bought any boy's toys... but I still have my Legos! I really loved playing with those. I think I had a Tech Deck once, too. Never really got a handle on the tricks for it.  :P I guess as a little kid, I loved computer games. I always wanted to watch Beyblade and Yu-Gi-Oh, but my sister always had control of the TV so that never really happened.

But yeah, I completely understand the whole "childhood has been robbed" idea. Except, I'm still a teenager, so I feel like "childhood is still in the process of being robbed".  :-\ That's why I really loved going paintballing with my friends for the first time in November; I feel like I'm making up for the time lost.

You know, I think I gotta go dig up those Legos...
