This feature has been turned off to see it's impact on db load. The database server has been excessively loading the shared server cpu usage, and I suspect this is why. If confirmed the feature will not be returning until we can get Susan's on it's own dedicated server.  If anyone is interested in donating a rack mountable server for the site get in touch and I can give you some specs.

Ditto - in fact I was thinking that there might be an argument for having an account for ongoing voluntary donations from those of us who can afford them and would like to contribute in a small way.

Send or post the specs, Susan.  I may be able to do something.  I am Summa Cum Laude geeky and have some access to some things that may be of use.  Additionally, how effective was the "Related Topics" anyway?  In other words, was it really getting used?  It may be more effective to leave it off regardless.  Just my $0.02.
