Hi Alex

It's good to hear that you are doing well.
the only advice i can give you is take care of yourselve, take your time to recover, dillitate with the schedule you've received from your doctor.
I don't know what kind of work you do, so i don't know or it will be burdensome for your recovery.
but anyway, welcome to the post op's , the last step is taken.

I'm still on leave so am able to follow my twice-a-day dilation, one hour each...

But I might change it to three 40-minute sessions when I return to work in two weeks...  Yes, the dilation is going to be a big issue in my schedule, unfortunately... :(
