There are plenty of guys who will pay for boob jobs for their girlfriends, as long as he's the only one who gets to enjoy them. 

BTW, We had a radio competition not long ago where the first prize was a boob job.  The girl who won was happy with her new improved boobs, but there ended up being a lot of opposition from the public about promoting cosmetic surgery and so no more.
