Hi everyone...I've been a long time reader and a first time poster. I'm starting a new job in exactly three months and I have just been put on Injectable HRT. I'm 23 years old with about 18 % body fat. I know MMWV but how much breast growth should I expect after three months? Is it going to be something that is going to be hard to hide until I'm ready to transition to full time? My siblings are all a small B cup. I just would like some advise on what to expect.

Three months is not a long time.  More like the 6 month mark will be more noticeable.

Well as I've learned it's always situational depending on your presentation. you'd probably get similar results as I did as your my age I used injectibles aswell and I started when I was 22 although my b-day was in the 4th month.

Lets see. Photowise I've got this.

Pre HRT
1/2months
3months Female in low light with a large forced smile.

Umm hold on let me read my transformation diary.
- I still had a large amount of body hair although it was vanishing at that stage.
- My face was starting to look different
- Friends begun noticing something very strange was happening to me. I came out around this time.
- I did have tiny bitty breasts they were hurting like madness I apparently jumped up and down to make them bounce in curiosity so they weren't non-exsistant my nipples were growing alot too.
- I was read as male 80% of the time. Androgynous 15% and female 5%
- Genital shrinkage

And all the changes that followed me prior to that (there's a whole crapload.)
Things like skin changing, Hair oilyness changing psycological mental changes eye pain.

Basically most of the changes you will go through will be underway at that stage but they won't be anywhere near completion and it will still feel very strange and new to you very much the (Bashing your tits constantly) stage.

I started HRT during puberty and I doubt if you can hide HRT pre-transition. In the first year there will be a lot of changes; lots of fat redistribution (face, hips, waist, thighs), softer skin, and you start to develop breasts which cannot be hidden unless you wear oversized clothing? As you're going to transition fulltime at some point in the future I guess you have already started to wearing your hair out, so people are going to notice changes...
23 is also fairly young and the younger you start the more rapid changes will occur I think. Unless you go fulltime in a couple of months there comes a time when you can no longer hide.

I'm just past the 4 month mark and have small but servicable a cup sized breasts amongst all the other changes. Yes i could hide things if i really wanted to, but as i'm now full time i tend not to want to hide things.

Thanks for all the replies!!! It's been a week so far and I haven't noticed anything as of yet. How long does it usually take to start to get that nipple pain I read so much about :)

Its been just over three months for me and the changes are happening. I have noticed the following.

My skin seems to be getting much softer and my the remaining body hair is taking much longer to grow back after shaving and getting softer and much thinner. My facial tone is changing to a much softer rounder feminine look. I have started developing breast buds and if I bump into anything abruptly I am rewarded with a painful little reminder to watch out. What I notice the most is that my nipples and areolas have increased in size (diameter) and darkened very much. Areolas from dime size to bigger than what you can cover with quarter. Nipples are protruding at times to the point that I can see them poking out if I'm wearing a t-shirt or light fabric. Also my nipples seam to have rubbery feel to them and are very sensitive to touch. Sometimes a itchy painful feeling. Muscle tone much softer too.

As far as mood swings and temperament I have not noticed anything. However I do believe there has been changes to my brain because I feel more at ease, all my senses are more acute and that is including my taste buds so I better be careful with diet. I have not gained weight, its more of a challenge to keep it on for me so I'm very lucky in this regard.

I am 49, and not using any blockers and getting what I believe good results so far for someone older. It gives me the feeling that if I would have started in my teens or early twenty's I would have only needed a week and a half LOL

Hearing everyones progress after only three months makes me excited, I can't wait to start seeing changes. I imagine the nipple pain is one of those things that can be described as: "it hurts so good" haha

Also growing pains in your breasts are very common, I don't exactly recall at which week it started, but if must've been somewhere at week 3 or 4 or so...
