They always like to use the "man in a dress going to rape some wimmen in the bathroom" stuff.  Ummm, criminals, by definition, break the law.  I imagine it is probably already illegal for anyone, regardless of how they are dressed, to enter into any bathroom (of either gender) and use the access to lear and harass the law abiding folk.  Assaults, rapes, etc are already illegal.

I'll bet they'd rather obligate a ton of money towards building a bunch of lockable one-holers everywhere than come up with any kind of solution that permits trans-people to use the bathroom that suits their gender.
