My first binder was from T-Kingdom, and it fits well and I like it. I'd get another one from T-Kingdom except they ship to Canada using Fed-Ex. I was always at school during delivery hours and I live alone, there's no Fed-Ex in my city and because of the value of the package they wouldn't just leave it at my door no matter what I said, so I had to go pick it up at the next city over and I don't drive and had to pay too much for a cab.

Les Love Boat has velcro binders, which are the ones I like. I don't know what size I am but I'm sure I'll figure it out. Does anyone know which carrier they use to ship their binders? Their prices are in USD, do they use USPS to ship to Canada? Then I could at least pick it up at the post office.

I'm in the US but it came usps.  I did have to sign for mine.  Their customer service is fantastic, you could email them.  There's a time difference but it's just a one-day wait on a response.  As for sizing, don't size up :)
