Oh the horror stories...!  I can't imagine how embarrasing that would be. It gives the saying "keep it in your pants!" a whole new meaning...

I do not have a packer yet but I was wondering if they easily do fall out and should I keep a bottle of super glue with me or wear magnetic underwear incase of emergency? What's the best way to prevent a "fall out"?

I'm too poor to buy an actual packer (not to mention, I'm not formally out to my parents) so I've used like, rolled up socks. It falls out, obviously. Lol.

Personally, since I'm poor, if I had a packer, I'd tape it to my underwear or something. XD

Oh lord, I hope you don't mean to superglue it to your skin! OWOWOW I don't have a packer, but I've heard that tight briefs keep it in just fine, and if you're worried, invest in a harness. If it's just a sock or something like that, you can safety pin it to the inside of your underwear.

I think if you wore men's underwear, it shouldn't be a problem usually. I have a home-made packer out of condoms. But I have to wear female underwear, so it's more difficult to keep it in. :( So far it hasn't fallen out. The only thing is that it moves so much when I'm playing dancing video games for systems like wii and kinekt that it ends up moving to where I have an upside down penis on my ass. XD It's good that I wear huge T-shirts. It came close falling out once, but I could feel it so I went to the bath room and fixed it.

But that would be really embarrassing for a packer to fall out completely. XD

One time I was at walmart with a friend and it fell out it my pants. I caught it halfway down and dragged it up to where my pocket was and held it in place there until he wasnt looking. At that point i quickly pulled it out and kept it in my pocket until I got to the bathroom. That was a close one, and Im lucky it didnt fall out of my pant leg, I dont know what I would have done!

Oh man, that'd be horrifying.  I've never had an issue with it in normal mens briefs.  It rotates a little bit and bulges out some if I'm hiking or something, but it generally stays put.

I use a harness (very simple one, just an elastic band around the waist holding a pouch for the packer) - it couldn't fall out if it tried.

That said, I doubt it could fall out of the underwear I wear. I wear trunks, and they're very snug around the legs. I imagine briefs would be about as good. I suppose there's a slight risk in boxer briefs, and obviously boxers won't hold anything unless you pin it to them.

The reason I wear the harness under my underwear is so that when I go to the bathroom (especially when drunk) it doesn't fall on the floor when I pull my pants down. I still sit to pee a lot of the time, so that's a concern...if you always STP, and especially if you use an STP packer, that would obviously not be something you'd worry about.

The harness also helps a little with keeping it in the right orientation. I'm not a big fan of having my dick upside down.

the contrary horror for MtFs is having lingerie show through male trousers and shirts or in my case having a pink ribbon ...er.. not too embarrassing.

No really comparable. Having a breastform fall out is a bit closer on the scale, but cis women wear them too, so not such a big deal.
Having your dick fall off/out would be...truly mortifying beyond comprehension.

The thought is too mortifying to contemplate...but with regular mens briefs, I've never had a problem. Just have to adjust yourself once in a while.

The only time I had a problem was changing in a public bathroom, coming from something dressed as female and wanting to get back into my guy clothes ASAP--this was a while ago. I had my packer rolled up in a T-shirt or something, grabbed the whole bundle of clothes, going too fast, forgot where it was, and it fell out onto the floor of the womens restroom. HA HA. One very proper looking lady saw it and looked up at me with horror in her eyes...I think I traumatized her, but from my POV, it was just hysterical! It was totally more funny than embarrassing (for ME anyway!!). I guess I made her day! LOL

Never lost mine. But I wear tighter underwears than big floofy boxers at least.

On the other hand... -.- bloody lesbians keep trying to steal it!

A harness or jockstrap with pouch work fine for making sure it doesn't fall out. Agree with kyril that it is useful for toilets. Besides not worrying about it falling out or being loose, I'm not very dysphoric in general, but having to pull my dick down with my underwears is a more dysphoria inducing act.

I've also never had a problem with a packer falling out in fitted boxer briefs either, even without any harness, though I if I'm moving or walking a lot, sometimes the placement gets weird.

There are medical adhesives meant for certain kinds of penis prosthetics, so it *does* glue to you. But that is only using special adhesive and a packer designed for that purpose, which are the expensive kinds that cost several hundred dollars minimum.

That's happened to me.. twice now. Some of my underwear gets loose around the end of the day, for some reason it just doesn't keep it's elasticity, and therefor it doesn't hold my packer as well. Thankfully both times I was wearing pants, so I was able to walk carefully to the bathroom with my dick at my ankle to fix it! LOL

I've never had this happen to me, [and I very sorry if this has happen to anyone] I have been packing for a very long time...I like free motion...so I wear a jock-strap apparatus which allows me to go to tha' bathroom without complications....my penis has become such a part of my natural daily life that it sits proper in its place when I am active with my Lady-friend...to include sexual fore-play and dancing...shifting is really not a problem...and when I am "rock'n"  tha' boxers my Lady enjoys tha' slight bulge she sees moving about freely...never failing to touch me...you may not have sex with it...but Oh man tha' fore-play is hum-mm-nah...humm-mm-naahhhh....!!!

My advive to all...until you are an ardent wearer of tha' packer...wear briefs...can not stress this...to minimize your stress already associated with so-called "gender dysphoria" wear briefs...and don't worry about always adjusting yourself...it'll come natually soon enough...I promise you ::)

Between Names

The briefs I wear aren't even tight, but they seem to be enough to keep my packy in place. I don't use an stp or anything. I just wear the packy, and I haven't had any problems the whole time I've had it. :)

Make_It_Good

Ive had my stp packer for a few years now and had never had a problem with it, that was, untill about a month ago. I was out drinking with friends, and using the urinals, I tend to be best when drunk for some reason! But I decided to use the stall, and pulled my trousers all the way down in drunknes. I stood up when finished, and then realized when I looked back, that my stp packer was on the floor! Its the Mango one from Mango products (which Id recommend!!) so it does look like a prosthetic, not just a piece of plastic, so luckily I grabbed it and put it back in its rightful place before the next toilet occupant!

I had a similar issue two days ago.  I walked into the stall, did my business, and went to pull up my pants.  My packer rolled out the back and right into the toilet.  I thought about washing it in the sink, but knowing my luck, some guy would have walked in right then.  I ended up having to just wipe it off and bundle it in toilet paper until I got home.  Not one of my smoother moments.
