Hey All,

So I've done a few appointments of facial electrolysis, and one thing I have noticed is that some of the follicle grow little things that look like blackhead but aren't. I don't get a lot of them, and the ones that are there are pretty easily covered up by concealer, but I'm still wondering what they are. I'm guessing they are like dead caustic follicle junk? Shaving usually takes care of them, but I notice them as my facial hair is blond so they stick out.

Anyone experience this?

In the beginning, I did get a few more pimples and blackheads. 
I ended up cleaning my face with witch hazel morning/night and
it cleared those up pretty well.

What you may be talking about are small bits of hair that are
ejected and come up through the skin.  I would usually just
squeeze those out, since they weren't attached to anything.
Many of them will come right out during shaving, but some
will get caught under the skin and may need a little help to remove.

I kept a clean needle and tweezers in my medicine cabinet
to help with facial cleaning.  After starting electro, you do need
to watch the in-grown hairs and other things more carefully...
but it's worth it in the end.
