So a while ago I had came across some video called the 'bombshell body workout' and it was supposed to be for transsexual woman.. just for a more feminine figure and whatnot.

Now, I really don't have any problems with my figure. I'm quite satisfied but I did want to lose a little bit of weight so I figured I'd try that workout since it'd be friendly to the shape I want/ have.

I was going to start this year (resolution thing) but now I see that the video was deleted.. so I'm kind of lost now. I can't find anything else like it. I'd like some sort of guide and a good workout for this sort of thing. I wouldn't want some brutal workout that's going to make me all muscular or something.

Does anyone know of anything similar?

I seem to have found the workout you are referring to but it is part of a kit that is selling for $127. Must have been quite popular lol. If I find a similar free version I will let ya know or if you'd like the link to this thing I have found feel free to email me. It would surely be against the tos to post the link because it is simply one big advertisement for the $127 workout program, with a buy now link at the bottom of it.

Reading back my own post, and seeing how you only have 1 post, I am now unsure if you are really looking for the workout or if you are hoping someone posts the link to the ad. Lol. It is the age of spam so forgive me for being honestly skeptical. If you are truly seeking the workout I apologize.

I'm interested in the workout.. though 127 dollars for something I once could see for free isn't my cup of tea.. since the workout bit is the last of my needs.
I saw the page you were referring to when I searched earlier. It looks like some full package.

I just want some simple little workout thing like the one that used to be in that youtube video link. :[
Just a number of different exercises and stuff.. demonstrations on how to do them and whatnot. It was maybe like 10 minutes long.

I'm not sure of any other similar workouts so am looking for something of that sort I guess. :\
