This question might be a little odd, but I'll still ask it.

Does having always been aroused by female breasts make you not transsexual? I've always been questioning my gender, however, I haven't had any major physical dysphoria, just social. That's why I've made the assumption that I'm transgendered in some other way than being transsexual. Just crossdressing occassionally doesn't just seem to feel right, however. I feel like I'm somehow halfway between the genders; more of the first one and less of the other.

Is being overly interested in female breasts and not hating the male sexuality as such a sign of a male brain or is the erotic interest in visual matters (in addition to imagined matters) caused by the high amount of testosterone in my body?

No, they aren't. I've just always heard (over and over again) that women don't tend to get excited just by looking at breasts. Is that a misconception?

Considering that some women do get excited from looking at breasts and some men don't get excited by looking at breasts, I'd say that without a doubt that, yes, this is a misconception.

Thanks for the quick reply. Maybe this is merely a stereotype ("only men can't help looking at breasts") that doesn't have anything to do with the reality. I would like to know if it's common for MTF's to have felt like this before the HRT. If anyone has anything to add to this discussion, I would welcome any comments.

Breasts no, but women in general in a visual sense, most definitely yes. Now, I do consider myself lesbian, but I will say since starting HRT, the visual aspects of arousal have been greatly muted. So if you are asking if that might be a T thing, in my case, yes I believe so.
and i know that i'm never alone
and i know that my heart is my home
Every missing piece of me
I can find in a melody

And cis lesbians with normal T levels who like tits?

Sex appeal isn't based on gender or one's sex.

With a large enough sampling size you'll find an example of almost anything.

This is like trying to imply only men can be attracted to women; but is a tad more precise and targets only one area.

Separate sexual interests from gender identity completely.

Do you want breasts on yourself?

I spent a while trying to figure out exactly what kind of transgendered person I was.  It was frustrating and lonely. It's a little bit like finding out what kind of geek or music lover you are.  Everyone is different and has different access and influences.   Try to not have a male-like/female-like pov and see if that gets you some freedom.

I love breasts too.

This ^

Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation are truly 2 separate things. Who you are attracted to is much different than who you ARE. and you don't need to be attracted to a certain gender to be a certain gender either.

I am sure a lesbian would be turned on by the sight of a beautiful woman with big breasts.I have been dressing my whole life now (45).I never had an inkling that i might be gay.The first time i dressed and a man put his arms around me and held me tight and kissed me and told me i looked beautiful.I melted.I knew then why i dressed. It is nothing to be ashamed of.I knew i loved it I felt normal with this man.But everyone has their own path ,your path might be different than mine. You might want to be an average guy whole likes dressing up. i don't know, only you know
