I don't know Lee to well as he just started here but he seems like a real good guy.  One that is often ready with an upbeat remark and encouragement.  Also he's quite cute in his avatar.   

Has an amazing sense of what is right and just and always manages to bounce back from s**t that is dealt him. Is always able to find a good word for everyone else even when he is down
